I am lucky to have this magic shop within walking distance! I go there whenever I possibly can, even if just to see what's new and chat with Joe or Amanda, who are both very friendly.
It is not a big shop, but they usually have the latest top sellers, and popular classics. They usually only stock one or two of each item though, so if you see a new top selling item there you pretty much have to grab it quick, or it won't be there the next day or two days later. That has happened to me a couple of times.
Having said that, they are always happy to order stuff in for you if they don't have it in stock. They place orders about once a week, and deliveries come within a week usually. They will even call you to tell you when your order is in.
Price wise, they are a bit more expensive than what you might find online, but it is understandable, since they are a brick and mortar shop and they have to pay for a lease in an expensive building. For the extra money though, you get to see the stuff before you buy it (maybe even get a demo of it), talk to them about it, get their real advice and opinion about it, etc.
They are also honest with you about whether they think something will fit your style or be good for you. So you really get custom service if you go there often.
And they go out of their way to try and find rare or unusual items for you too... if you have a request, just tell them, and they'll try and track it down and get it in for you.

In terms of selection, very mediocre, but makes up for it by providing very excellent customer service.
