I have never bought anything from Theory11, but have ordered several downloads. I think those effects and utilities were very good indeed. Payment and verification is hassle free, downloads are fast and videos are of awesome quality.
The pricing is genuine... nothing more
The selection is not too large but quite a lot of it is very good quality.
Customer service is wonderful! I did have some problems on my first experience and was well assisted.
One of the best online magic shops for me.

The Selection is not vast, but it does have good prices on Tally's and Bicycle Cards, the rest are "Theory11" based products. their custom cards are of top quality and rather reasonable for price... not the best and not the worst about average.
the Customer service is fine, though sometimes it does take a while to get a response.
the shipping is very quality, packaging nice and very prompt depending on where you live

Theory 11 is one of the best online magic shops. I say that, not because it has the greatest selections, but because all of their products are taught to their full extent (cards notwithstanding). Each one of their products has been taught so well, and are just made very well. On the other hand, they do not have that many products, so the selection is mediocre. They're cards are nothing to brag about, as they all have a waxy finish (besides for the bee stingers), and their black cards all have white borders.
The one thing that really, really irks me about theory though, is the community. 2/3 of the people on theory have no idea what they are talking about. When one of them posted what he was going the get for Christmas (all good tricks from theory), he got so many replies about how he should get a new camera to make youtube videos. That is what annoys me about theory. Regardless of their community, check them out, they have some great stuff.

Great customer service, all these guys care about is making their customers happy! My first purchase from here was 2 decks of cards and they came in a box that could fit at least 10 decks in it and it was filled with soft packaging. As you can imagine the cards came in PERFECT condition. Shipping was fairly fast for international and was around average, if anything it would be faster then average. They don't have a great range of selection but what they have is great. They have a lot of 1 on 1 instant downloads for great prices though I am yet to purchase one of those.
