Very good shop.

Very good customer service, possibly the only magic website with live help.
Use is a bit difficult because the store is not well classified. Delivery is fine. (I'm waiting on a DVD even as I write this)
Prices are excellent! The prices are the best in the market, especially international shipping. Electric touch by Yigal Mesika was on E for 199$ but only 145$ here...
Selection is huge!! everything in magic is available here. Although the DVD's produced by them are not the very best, but the collection is top notch.

A Wide Selection of things not just "certain" Products so it's good if you're just shopping around.

the prices are fair.. nothing "fab" but better then some I've seen.

Customer service is fine and the shipping time is quite good as well... then that depends on where you're shipping too.

they have ran some 'deal's in the past where they have included extras here and there with your order.

I mainly go here for porps... not so much for "tricks". By this I mean: cards (double backers, svengali, etc.), 3rd hand (i got a GREAT one here for $30something!), pen thru bill (2 great looking pens for the price of 1 + DVD, although i dont really need the dvd... "Pen Through Dollar Through - Oz Pearlman)... Penguin, I feel is the best place for this tryp of stuff. The selection's are great! Shipping's great! 5 stars all the way!

Very impressed with penguin! I really like their SOC section...I utilize that part of the shop the most often. I also found that going with the free shipping, I always my item within 2-3 days AWESOME!!!

For me, this is the best online shop from the USA. Sometimes if I buy something from the USA I have to pay some extra credits from bringing it in to Belgium. Not from Penguin.
Sometimes it's even sheaper than when you buy it something from the creator it self!

Best magic store on the web, if they hadn't updated their shipping, this review would be a little worse, but they fixed that issue.

No real categories which can get annoying. But has everything you can think of... well almost, they have a GREAT range of things!

Amazing range of things, but there is no list of all stock, you have to know what you want to buy it.
