Teaching: The 'Instructions' are quite 'Short' going over the 'Basic Mechanics' and not much else.. some 'Subtleties and Nuances' are tossed about but nothing 'Extensive'
Effect: The 'Handling' gets 'Suspicious' towards the end of the routine.. and it cannot be 'Examined' after the change.. which makes it even more 'suspicious' there are some 'Angle Problems' that you have to be conscious of to avoid flashing
